We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. You need to send the item back and pay for shipping back , then we will refund your money. We offer a 2 year warranty on Water Smackers.
We ship 80% of all packages though the USPS. Heavy items may be UPS ground. We do not like Express, next day shipping, rushes. We use USPS Priority Mail.
